Rihanna Reacts after Door hits her while Leaving New York Hotel

Rihanna had a small but awkward moment with a member of her security team while out in New York over the weekend.

The 37-year-old singer was leaving the Four Seasons Hotel in Manhattan when it happened. She was in the city to support her partner, A$AP Rocky, who was appearing on Saturday Night Live.

Videos shared online show Rihanna walking out of the hotel behind a man believed to be her bodyguard. He went through the doors first without holding them open, and the door swung back and hit Rihanna as she followed.

Rihanna reacted straight away with a sarcastic comment, saying, “Such a gentleman you are,” as she pushed past the door.

The clip quickly spread on social media, where many people criticised the bodyguard. Some said the issue wasn’t about manners, but about being alert and professional, especially given his job.

Rihanna did not seem too bothered afterward. She later attended the afterparty for A$AP Rocky’s SNL appearance, which was hosted by actor Finn Wolfhard.

The singer, who is a mother of three, has been in the news recently after suggesting in an interview that she might be open to having another child.
